Experience working in developer relations, developer advocacy, developer evangelism, or developer marketing
Love of writing and content creation; have experience developing resources to support a developer platform (i.e., videos, podcasts, presentations, demos, sample code, tutorials, quickstarts, and API libraries)
Passion for and experience with successfully building and engaging developer communities, both virtually and in-person
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across a variety of channels, including social media
An eagerness to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced startup environment (startup experience preferred).

Bonus Points:
Experience and familiarity in infrastructure, big data, data analytics, or databases
Fintech or Healthcare experience
Familiarity with data privacy and security
