Twilio is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Developer Experience to tell our story to these developers in collaboration with our Developer Relations team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Platform, this position is essential in supporting Twilio’s future growth aspirations.

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a proven track record in product marketing. They also have:

5+ years experience in product marketing, technical marketing, developer relations or communities, or product management.
Strong quantitative ability, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Comfort in a high-growth enterprise software environment
You are a person who loves to write and can write across a broad spectrum—from plans, to sales copy, to white papers, to blog posts.
You like learning how to build things and resolving how best to demonstrate the benefits of the product. You've written JavaScript, Python, PHP, Node, C# (.NET) or Java code and have opinions on the different web frameworks. You've built things yourself, and know what it's like to commit to a repo and ship a release.
You can influence without authority to deliver results across your developer focus areas.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

BE AN OWNER: Identify and segment target developers, their problematic points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and solutions to meet those needs. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns throughout the developer journey.
EMPOWER OTHERS: Work closely with product managers, engineers, developer marketing, and the entire developer platform team to drive the go-to-market plan and post-launch marketing programs. Also collaborate with brand, marketing campaigns, field marketing, and demand gen to develop marketing creatives.
DRAW THE OWL: There is no guide book, you will need to figure out the best path to reach and appeal to developers.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado.

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

$109,824.00 - 137,280.00

Rest of Colorado:

$96,096.00 - $120,120.00

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
