Senior Program Manager, Reactor Community at Microsoft

DevRelX Jobs

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive deeper community interaction with the Reactor program and amongst its members.

Key responsibilities include:

Research, plan and own community re-engagement: once someone becomes a known attendee of our programs, how do we get them to further engage with the Reactors and the broader programs and offers we have for developers?
Truly understand our constituents, both globally and regionally – by leveraging our CRM system and the local Reactor team’s knowledge of their regional ecosystems
Drive segmentation analysis of our audience and advise the broader team of how best to re-engage our customers
During the pandemic, the collegiality of Reactors events was lost in the shift to livestreaming. Create, launch and foster an online networking platform that makes sense for our community.
Drive requirements and delivery of the Reactor website and D365 instance, partnering with various counterparts (regional program managers, customer acquisition team, engineering, etc) to improve engagement and retention; optimize for SEO, search, user experience, design
Collect, design and prioritize feature roadmap for all Reactor tools and platforms (site, database, CRM, streaming platforms)
Continuously improve the tools and platforms through which we deliver the Reactor program, from customer journey to session delivery to community re-engagement
Consider options, implications and drive tools updates for “hybrid” events as we re-open Reactors to in-person as well as livestreams
Use data, experiments and customer feedback to drive growth of the community
