The Enterprise Consulting Service Team is small group of optimization experts working as part of Unity’s Global Support Group to tackle hard problems and ensure the success of clients both large and small. Development status, scheduling, and goals can vary wildly from one client to another, and the Developer Relations Manager/ Engineer must proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solutions.
- Provide needs-based technical support to clients using Unity
- Proactively collaborate with members both inside and outside the Team to resolve client issues
- Take responsibility for customer service quality by discussing with Team members in order to provide improved quality of service
- Provide emergency support to clients as necessary by coordinating between clients, the Support Team, and other teams within Unity to ensure cooperation and resolve issues quickly.
