To better engage our ecosystem, the Developer Programs team at NVIDIA is now recruiting a Programs Marketing Manager to launch and promote programs that attract, engage and cultivate developers from around the world. In an environment that includes both hands-on work as well cross-team coordination, you will directly promote and evolve a portfolio of programs crafted to have a significant impact on the depth and breadth of the global ecosystem of developers.
Our current programs have attracted over 2.5M developers, researchers and students in technical domains that span all leading industries. They are working in organizations ranging from innovative AI startups to the largest enterprises and government entities, and everything in between. What you’ll be doing:

Define Audience Targets – Develop and refine market segmentation and persona models to ensure we are attracting developers to our programs whose work will benefit from our technologies
Define Program Offering - Working with the program owners and extended stakeholder team, develop the program positioning, messaging, and value proposition that communicate clear reasons to join each program
Increase Program Engagement - Actively monitor developer activity and engagement with program benefits, understand how well the program is meeting developer needs, then work with program owners to fine tune program features as needed to increase both developer engagement and program value
Expanding Existing Programs - Using a variety of data-directed approaches, be the voice of the developer, constantly evaluating our current offerings in order to ensure that they are evolving to meet the needs of our developers, leading to increased engagement with our platforms and technologies
Define Developer Journeys – Determine which program features are required at each stage in developer engagement, map where developers are on the continuum, and identify gaps in our offerings

What we need to see:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience) in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing/Communications, and deep experience in a technology field; or a BS in Computer Science, Data Science or Computer Engineering with hands-on experience working in technology marketing
12+ overall years experience in technology marketing to developers
Direct experience with hands-on program marketing and/or 1:many developer engagement
Experience engaging highly-technical, developer audiences who are actively working with a wide variety of technologies and platforms
Confirmed results within the domains of digital marketing, analytics and quantitative decision-making
Clear ability to distill complex ideas into engaging presentations with compelling messaging and visuals (samples of past work required)
Experience in engaging people across management levels within sophisticated business and technical organizations, to influence and drive the decision-making process
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Passionate about getting things done quickly and efficiently
An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work with developers and emerging technologies
Highly proficient in spoken and written English (including ability to present to live audiences)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
M.B.A. in Marketing or MS in Computer Science, Data Science or other technology-related field of study
Previous experience with and technical understanding of emerging AI technologies
Demonstrate how you have built or significantly grown developer ecosystems for state-of-the-art technology platforms
History of successfully working in cross-functional, remotely-managed teams
Writing/editing ability that spans both creative and short-form content
